Did you know?

There is nothing more gripping than knowing death can take you away at any moment. Is the life you are holding onto so fiercely, truly yours?

One mistake. Your hand slipped. Or their eyes looked away. Does it matter? In the end you do not make the decision. You do not have the choice. You do not have control. In the end…

You will keep on risking. After all, nothing will make you feel more alive, than taking death on a fast ride.

  1. This is indeed a very rich topic, and can edify many on different levels of reflection. Let us meditate and open the discussion. Am waiting for any lead on this brilliant subject

  2. About ‘your life, is it truly yours’ would be the point of departure. What and how would you describe the owner of your life?

    • I think time would be the of life.

      • Please repeat, because there’s a word missing.

      • Time is an abstract measure, given for our comfort, not an entity that can give, measure life span or take life. Who measures time of a life span? Can you tell me what you understand by time being an owner of life?

      • At least on Earth, time moves for everything and everyone. It’s not that abstract, since we can measure it in all different ways. When I said time would be the owner of life life, I meant it a metaphorical way, because when we die, time stops for us.

      • Time is measured by movement of the earth by its evolving around. True. The measures are made known by calendars and clocks made concrete in our minds. Different cultures have different calendars. Mathematics declare itself as abstract. Time is intangible without man made measures. From when is time, when does it stop. Our bodies are finite. Time on earth is a short measure like a flower that fades, but Everlasting is an infinite unmeasurable time….

      • Well then, I’m glad we agree 🙂

      • A very wondrous way to be agreeing. Can you now tell me what is ownership of life. And when this ownership starts and ceases.

      • I think that the concept of ownership of life is very fluid and changes depending on the frame of reference.

      • Well, then in what frame would you place your definition of ownership of a life that is on going. Can you think of a way that ownership is a given? Then when is a life owned?

      • It’s not about the definition of ownership, just plain ownership. From one person’s point of view their life might be owned i.e. by the government, but someone else might believe they’re the only ones who can decide what to do with their life.

      • A very worldly understanding. Well, you’re correct, the world governments are focusing on dominating each citizen, then some desire a one world government, maybe by a few, but still lethal. Can you think how to detach ones self from such domination, as a private person.

      • I would love to have that discussion somewhere else. Right now, it feels like I’m being questioned by a teacher for a grade and it feels weird.
